From Venetian Lido to Venice, the exhibition “Exploring the borders between Costume Design and Visual Arts” will take place from 6th to 14th October in the salone of Palazzo Mocenigo, Museum of Fabrics and Costume in Venice.<\/p>\n

The exhibition presents the works of the 8 artists of the Master course in Costume Design and Visual Arts 2018 of Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp. It is part of the events of Venice Design Week 2018.
\nFor the occasion, Professor Alex Mallems, teacher of the Master course will present the works of the masters and teaching methods of the academy in a conference that will take place on Saturday 6th October at 11am at palazzo Mocenigo.
\nThe speech of professor Alex Mallems is supported by the artists participating in the conference narrating their personal experience at the RAA.<\/p>\n

The exhibition has been produced by euroinnovators and promoted by Younger’s in Movie & Younger’s in Design. Technical partners: Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia, MUVE and cultural associations Arte e Design Venezia and euroinnovators.<\/p>\n

Dal Lido di Venezia a Venezia. La mostra “Esplorando i limiti tra Costume Design e Arti Visive” che presenta i lavori di 8 artisti della Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, si terr\u00e0 nel salone di palazzo Mocenigo, Museo del Tessuto e del Costume di Venezia, dal 6 al 14 ottobre 2018.
\nSabato 6 ottobre alle ore 11 ci sar\u00e0 la conferenza di apertura della mostra. Durante la conferenza, il Professor Alex Mallems, docente del corso di master in Costume Design e Visual Arts 2018 della RAA presenter\u00e0 i lavori dei ragazzi e il progetto di formazione del master.
\nDurante la presentazione gli artisti che parteciperanno alla conferenza narreranno la loro esperienza presso l’accademia di Anversa.<\/p>\n

The exhibition featured works by artists coming from the Costume Design course at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp. It was held at the former Caserma Pepe, a suggestive ex military area close to the Venice lido airport, during the Venice Film Festival.
